2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I look forward to helping others. It's rewarding knowing they are living in the home they choose.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I live in the Powell area which is a convenient location to everything.

4. How do you spend your free time?

I spend time with family and going to sporting events (BUCKEYE FAN), and concerts.

Nes has been a great help during the process of moving my Mom, Rosemary Cook, out of her home. I am a first time home buyer with no experience when it comes to home purchasing. However, Anestis was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. Anestis was great to work with during the selling of my home process. He always stayed in touch with me letting me know of everything. This meant alot considering we live out of state. We were able to get the house in contract and closed in about 30 Days or less. We even got 11000.00 above our asking price. Anestis will definatly have my business if i'm ever in the columbus market again for a house.

Nes went above and beyond to make sure that we understood the whole selling process. He was extremely patient and helpful. We live out of state and needed a bit more help then if we had lived locally and Nes came through on everything. The communication was wonderful and well appreciated. Anestis will always be my go to guy in the Columbus area real estate market. He referred a really good contractor to complete the work on the house to get it market ready as well as helped with getting it completed in a timely manner. After all the hard work that he put in I got 11000.00 over my asking price and he guided me through to make the right choice for my family and I. Now the home has a couple that are starting a family that makes all the work I put into the house more sentimental to me. Thanks Anestis you are the man.
